🛒 HIRING – SUPERMARKET CASHIER
DK BAZAAR – Supermarket
📍 Mattaur, Sector 70, Mohali
🏪 Supermarket
Position: Supermarket Cashier
Shift: Day / Night Shift
Working Hours: 12 Hours
- Job Responsibilities:Handle billing and checkout operations
- Operate POS/billing software
- Accept cash, UPI, card and other payments
- Handle cash accurately and maintain cash counter
- Check bills, discounts, offers and payment confirmations
- Assist customers politely with billing-related queries
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the billing counter
- Handle returns/exchanges as per store policy
- Prepare/close daily cash and sales reports
- Coordinate with floor staff regarding pricing and product issues
- Follow DK BAZAAR rules, SOPs and security procedures
- Requirements:Previous supermarket/retail cashier experience preferred
- Basic computer/POS knowledge
- Good calculation and cash-handling skills
- Honest, responsible and punctual
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
