Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive daily store targets, maximize conversion rates, and monitor retail metrics to boost profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage store associates and cashiers to maintain top-tier customer service standards.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store appearance, attractive window displays, and organized floor layouts according to brand guidelines.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee stock replenishment, manage periodic inventory audits, and minimize shrinkage.
  • Operations & Compliance: Handle daily store openings/closings, cash management, shift scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
