Store Manager

• Manage daily operations of the detailing studio.
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, complaints, and service requirements.
• Explain detailing services, packages, pricing, and upselling opportunities to customers.
• Manage and supervise the detailing team and attendants.
• Allocate jobs to technicians and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor the quality of services such as ceramic coating, PPF, deep cleaning, polishing, washing, and interior detailing.
• Conduct final inspection of every vehicle before delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered in proper condition and within committed timelines.
• Train and guide team members on service quality, SOPs, and customer handling.
• Maintain daily job cards, billing, sales, and operational reports.
• Monitor stock and inventory of chemicals, microfiber towels, tools, and other detailing materials.
• Ensure proper store cleanliness, hygiene, equipment maintenance, and professional appearance.
• Ensure adequate staff presence during working hours.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience, including proper customer greeting and service.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding sales, operations, customer complaints, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Achieve monthly sales and operational targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, pricing, discount policies, and delivery procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare and submit day-end reports and ensure all software entries are updated on time.
