Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Brand Partnerships & Sales Manager to onboard brands and businesses for our social media marketing and digital amplification solutions.

The role will involve identifying potential brands, pitching customized marketing campaigns, closing partnerships, and building long-term relationships. You will work with our network of influencers, Instagram pages, digital media platforms and content creators to offer brands high-impact reach and visibility.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential brands, agencies and businesses for marketing collaborations.
• Generate leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Pitch brands on influencer marketing, Instagram promotions, digital media placements and branded content.
• Understand client objectives and create suitable campaign proposals.
• Negotiate commercials, close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and marketing agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, influencers, creators and media partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Develop repeat business and upselling opportunities from existing clients.
• Track leads, sales pipeline, conversions and revenue.
• Stay updated with social media trends, influencer marketing and digital advertising opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, networking events and industry interactions.
