Job Description
Receptionist / Front Desk ExecutiveLocation: Sector 82, Mohali
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience Mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle patient registration, appointments, and inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and coordinate with doctors and hospital staff.
- Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and reception registers.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, departments, and hospital facilities.
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain a professional environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Must be well-groomed, presentable, and professionally dressed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be polite, courteous, punctual, disciplined, and patient-friendly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
