Job Description
Oorjaah is looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential clients through outbound hot calling, understand their requirements, explain the company's services, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
2. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound hot calls to potential clients and leads.
- Connect with interested prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Explain company services and generate interest among potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update lead details, call records, and meeting schedules in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly meeting-booking targets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
3. Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
