Job Description
Monitor and manage daily hospital operations.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support services.
Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain hospital quality standards and SOP compliance.
Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and operational productivity.
Coordinate with vendors for medical and non-medical supplies.
Ensure proper inventory management and availability of consumables.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with NABH, fire safety, and hospital policies.
Support management during audits and inspections.
Implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
