**Kaam ki Zimmedariyan**
- Poore office ki rozana safai aur regular deep dusting karna; desks, furniture aur common areas saaf aur organised rakhna.
- Directors, employees aur visitors ke liye chai, paani aur refreshments samay par taiyar aur serve karna.
- Chai aur office ke daily routine ka dhyan khud rakhna, taaki har kaam ke liye baar-baar kehna na pade.
- Staff ki basic zarooraton ka dhyan rakhna aur office ka mahaul comfortable aur welcoming banaye rakhna.
- Basic filing, documents arrange karne aur doosre routine office tasks mein madad karna.
- Kaam ko samajhkar khud initiative lena aur zaroorat ke hisaab se alag-alag zimmedariyan sambhalna.
