Job Title - Site Engineer / Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)

Experience 0 to 2 Years (Freshers with relevant Diploma/Degree are encouraged)

Location PAN India

Employment Type Full-Time

Salary Package ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview)

🌟 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor/Site Coordinator to join our execution team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth, timely, and quality execution of interior fit-out works on-site, acting as a key link between the design team, Project Manager, and the on-site workforce.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Daily Supervision: Oversee and manage the daily activities of skilled and unskilled labor, including carpenters, painters, electricians, masons, etc., involved in interior fit-out work.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is executed as per the approved interior design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret architectural and interior working drawings and promptly communicate any discrepancies to the Project Manager.
