Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations: Welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out, handing over keys, and assisting with basic requests.

Housekeeping: Deep cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen after check-outs; changing bed linens and towels; maintaining overall property hygiene.

Property Care: Restocking toiletries/supplies, checking appliances before guest arrivals, and reporting damages or repairs.

Requirements

Willingness to reside on the property full-time.

Polite, honest, punctual, and helpful with guests.

Prior housekeeping or hotel staff experience preferred.
