Job Summary :- We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-oriented Equity Advisor to provide investment guidance to clients and assist them in making informed decisions related to the equity market. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing research-based market insights, and developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide equity market insights and investment guidance to clients.
• Understand clients’ financial goals, investment objectives, and risk preferences.
• Track stock market trends, company performance, and relevant market developments.
• Conduct basic fundamental and technical analysis of stocks.
• Provide research-based recommendations in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new clients through calls, references, networking, and other business-development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment-related activities.
• Achieve assigned business and client-acquisition targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal research and sales teams.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of the Indian stock market and equity products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and research-oriented approach.
• Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to explain market concepts in simple language.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in equity advisory, stock broking, wealth management, or financial services will be preferred.
• Relevant regulatory certification/qualification, where required for the role, will be an advantage.
