- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through voice/chat/email as per the process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English/Hindi.
