Job Description
- Handle data entry activities with accuracy and maintain records in Excel/systems.
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/candidates for follow-ups and coordination.
- Update and maintain databases, reports, and daily status trackers.
- Coordinate with team members for document collection and information updates.
- Ensure timely response to calls, emails, and queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data and records.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and support administrative activities.
