CRM Executive – Job Description
Department: CRM / Customer Support
Experience: 0–6 Years (Pharma experience preferred)
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Production teams for order status and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and follow-up updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Required SkillsGood communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
