Job Description
Good knowledge of North Indian and Indian cuisine.
Hands-on experience in Tandoor operations, including naan, roti, kebabs and tikka.
Knowledge of Indian gravies, curries, marinades and traditional cooking techniques.
Ability to maintain taste, presentation and consistency as per hotel/restaurant standards.
Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety and proper handling of ingredients.
