Catering Operations Manager – Outdoor Catering & Events

Location: Nineteenth May, Sector 67, Mohali

Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month

We need a seasoned professional to independently plan and execute outdoor catering and banquet events for 100–500+ guests.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct venue visits and prepare event plans.

• Coordinate kitchen, service, vendors, transport and client requirements.

• Manage dispatch, buffet setup, service quality and event timelines.

• Prepare manpower, equipment and material checklists.

• Control inventory, wastage and event costs.

• Lead the event team and resolve client issues professionally.

• Complete post-event reconciliation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in catering, banquet or hospitality operations.

• At least 2 years independently supervising outdoor events.

• Strong logistics, manpower planning and food-service knowledge.

• Basic English and fluent Hindi; Punjabi preferred.

• Flexible for weekends and event-based hours.

• Immediate joining or within 15 days preferred.

• Hotel-management qualification preferred, not compulsory.

• Open to all genders.

Accommodation is not provided separately. The agreed salary is paid in hand with no current accommodation or other deduction.
