Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements, provide suitable business solutions, and convert leads into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Explain company services, packages, and processes to prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle client queries and provide timely and professional responses.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports.

• Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Graduate in any discipline.
