Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive for our imitation jewellery e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, converting leads into orders, following up with interested customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and chat
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
• Convert incoming leads and enquiries into confirmed orders
• Follow up with interested customers and pending leads
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, new arrivals, and best-selling products
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewellery products to increase order value
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, sizing, and order placement
• Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the customer care and operations team for smooth order processing
• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable handling customers over calls and WhatsApp
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English
• Sales-focused and target-oriented attitude
• Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Ability to follow up consistently with leads
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, e-commerce, jewellery, fashion, or retail will be preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
