Role - HR recruiter
qualification— any graduation( in human resource )
experience - 6 month -1 year of experience
Location - Mira road
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end
recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback
- Salary negotiation and offer rollout
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Build talent pipeline and achieve hiring targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication (English & Hindi)
- Sourcing and screening skills
- Job portal experience
- MS Office & Excel
- Negotiation and coordination
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred.
Preferred
0.6–2 years recruitment experience; immediate joiners preferred.
