Vendor & Fabric Coordination Manager
Company: Vardhann Enterprise Location: Meerut Salary: ₹20,000/month Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (Factory)
About the Role
We're a growing textile and garment manufacturing unit in Meerut. We need someone who can be our go-to person for all vendor and fabric coordination — and who can also bring in new business through job work / CMT contracts and vendor networks.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain contacts with fabric vendors, dyers, printers, and other suppliers
- Handle day-to-day coordination — pickups, deliveries, urgent fabric needs, sample sourcing
- Manage timing and quantity of fabric orders with our existing suppliers (working with our production team)
- Be the go-to fixer — arrange machine parts, extra labor for rush orders, whatever comes up on the floor
- Bring in third-party job work / CMT contracts — connect with brands and businesses (via IndiaMART, industry contacts, cold outreach) who need stitching/manufacturing done on their own fabric, and onboard them as clients
- Explore and report new vendor or business opportunities to the owner
What We're Looking For
- Existing contacts in the Meerut/NCR textile and garment ecosystem
- Resourceful and proactive — someone who can "arrange anything" without much hand-holding
- Comfortable reaching out cold to new business contacts (IndiaMART, vendor networks, industry groups)
- No formal education required — real relationships and hustle matter more
- Based in or willing to work from Meerut
