Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about the company and its pharmaceutical products.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with customers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling experience will be an advantage.
