Job Title: Talent Recruiter
Location: Meerut
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to join our team. You will help us find and hire the best people. You will work with managers to understand their hiring needs. You will also look for top talent and make sure candidates have a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Find Talent: Search for active and passive job seekers using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Partner with Managers: Meet with hiring managers to learn about open roles and required skills.
- Screen Candidates: Read resumes, review applications, and lead phone or video interviews.
- Manage Interviews: Schedule meetings between candidates and hiring teams.
- Make Offers: Talk about salary and job offers to close candidates successfully.
- Keep Records: Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
- Communication: Strong speaking and listening skills to talk with job seekers and managers.
- Organization: Ability to handle multiple job openings and manage time well.
- Tech Skills: Know how to use job search tools, social media platforms, and an ATS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
