Job Description
* Manage workers and assign daily tasks.
* Monitor production to ensure targets are achieved.
* Check product quality and reduce defects/rejections.
* Maintain discipline and attendance of workers.
* Ensure safety rules are followed on the factory floor.
* Coordinate with departments such as production, maintenance, stores, and quality control.
* Monitor machines and materials and report breakdowns or shortages.
* Maintain production records, including output, wastage, and worker performance.
* Train and guide workers on proper procedures.
* Report daily production status and problems to the factory/production manager.
* Reduce wastage and improve production/manager
