Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent / Collection Executive

Job Overview:-

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Debt Recovery Agents / Collection Executives to join our team in Meerut. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, following up with customers regarding outstanding dues, and achieving collection targets through professional and ethical recovery practices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to customers for the recovery of outstanding loan/EMI payments.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
• Follow up with customers through calls and field visits to facilitate timely payments.
• Negotiate and assist customers in resolving payment-related issues, within company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Obtain and maintain accurate Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, visits, commitments, and recovery status.
• Submit daily collection and field activity reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the internal collection team regarding difficult or unresolved accounts.
• Ensure that all recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in Debt Recovery, Loan Collection, Field Collection, Field Sales, or Telecalling will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
• Knowledge of Meerut and surrounding areas will be an added advantage.
• Incentives will be linked to successful and verified recoveries.
• Higher recovery performance will result in higher earning potential.
• No fixed upper limit on earning potential, subject to the applicable company incentive policy.
