Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic person to join our team and help us grow our business and our agent network.


Your responsibilities-

  • Fill in client and policy forms accurately
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Print and organize client data and prepare short summaries for the team
  • Call prospective clients, explain our services and schedule meetings
  • Call and follow up with prospective agents, and help recruit and expand our agent team
  • Keep track of all business done, including policies issued, renewals due and follow-ups pending
  • Prepare simple daily and monthly reports on calls made, leads generated and policies closed
