Billing Executive

BILLING EXECUTIVE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Kamna Traders के सभी Sales, Purchase एवं Inward/Outward Billing का Complete Records Manage करना।
• Zoho Books में Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes एवं Bills generate एवं maintain करना।
• Back Office Computer Work, File Management एवं Daily Operations Data का Record Maintain करना।
• Customers, Vendors एवं Suppliers के Ledgers और Payment Entries की Regular Matching करना।
• Goods Received Notes (GRN), Purchase Orders (PO) और Sales Orders (SO) का Accurate Record रखना।
• GST Invoicing, E-Way Bill Generation।
• Physical Dispatch Documents (Challan/Lorry Receipt) और System Invoices का Proper Reconciliation करना।
• Payments, Outstanding Dues एवं Billing Discrepancies के संबंध में follow-up और reporting करना।
• Daily, Weekly एवं Monthly Billing & Sales Reports Management को submit करना।
• Customer & Vendor Data, Price Lists और Product Codes को System में Update रखना।
• Management की Prior Approval के बिना किसी प्रकार का Invoice Cancellation / Edit न करना।

Required Software Knowledge

Candidate को निम्न Software का Practical Working Knowledge अनिवार्य रूप से होना चाहिए:

• Zoho Books – Optional
• MS Excel / Google Sheets – Mandatory
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) – Preferred
• Past Billing Experience - Preferred

Other Required Skills

• Billing & Invoicing Systems की अच्छी समझ।
• Fast and Accurate Data Entry skills.
• Basic Accounting & GST Filing Rules का Knowledge।
• Excellent Document Control & File Management skills.
• Customer Reconciliation एवं Payment Tracking में निपुणता।
• Confidentiality, Accuracy एवं Responsibility Maintain करने की क्षमता।

Main Objective

Kamna Traders के Billing transactions एवं Back office records का Zoho Books और MS Excel में Accurate, Timely एवं Systematic Track Maintain रखना।

• Work Type: Work from Office
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Office Location: 72, Budh Vihar, Near Suraj Kund Road, Meerut - 250001
