Job Description
Coordinate academic planning, syllabus coverage, and lesson teaching for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and/or Mathematics.
Monitor teaching quality, classroom delivery, doubt-clearing sessions, and completion of prescribed syllabus.
Analyze student performance through tests and assessments; recommend remedial measures and improvement plans.
Relevant teaching experience in the applied subject at senior secondary, coaching, or competitive-exam level.
Ability to maintain discipline, academic quality, and a supportive learning environment consistent with the academy’s values.
Excellent communication, planning, and team-coordination skills.
