Job Summary: The Senior Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to installation. The role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting solar solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions.
• Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and customer networking.
• Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar systems.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and installation teams for timely project execution.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, payments, and documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Stay informed about solar products, government subsidies, financing options, and industry trends.
