Job SummaryThe Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for customer follow-ups, lead verification, maintaining customer records, coordinating with Sales Executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers assigned by the Sales Team.
• Verify and update customer information.
• Follow up with leads generated by Sales Executives.
• Submit customer follow-up reports every 2 hours.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and Documentation Officers.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain customer records.
• Collect customer feedback and referrals after installation.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and CRM updates.
• EligibilityAny Graduate / Intermediate.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, BPO, or CRM.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills.
• Customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Teamwork and time management.
• Ability to work under targets.
