Job Description – Dispatch Manager

Location: Shivane Pune

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Manufacturing / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores and Transporters.
• Prepare and manage dispatch documents, challans and invoices.
• Track shipments and follow up for timely delivery.
• Manage transportation and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and MIS reports.
• Resolve dispatch and delivery-related issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Transportation.
• Good planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation and transportation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/logistics industry preferred.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and team coordination skills.
