Job Description
Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Tele-call prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Contact prospective clients and schedule appointments at their convenience.
Meet clients personally at scheduled appointments to understand their financial goals and requirements.
Explain financial and investment solutions to clients clearly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up with clients after appointments and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer details, appointments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding documentation and client requirements.
Support business development through client interaction, referrals, and effective follow-ups.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette and client-handling standards.
