Job Description
- Candidate Sourcing: Find suitable candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, databases, and referrals.
- Job Posting: Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Telephonic Interviews: Call candidates, explain job details, and assess their experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the Quantean team to understand job requirements, share candidate updates, discuss interview schedules, and complete pending follow-ups.
- Client HR Coordination: Communicate with client HR teams to understand hiring requirements, share shortlisted resumes, arrange interviews, collect feedback, and check selection status.
- Candidate Follow-up: Keep candidates informed about interview schedules, feedback, selection status, and next steps.
- Offer and Joining Follow-up: Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, required documents, and joining dates.
- Candidate Retention: Stay in touch with selected candidates and address their queries to encourage them to join as planned.
- Recruitment Records: Maintain updated candidate databases, interview schedules, recruitment trackers, and follow-up records.
- Daily Reporting: Update the reporting manager on recruitment progress, candidate status, and pending activities.
