Floor Manager

*Manage and supervise daily interior work at the Interior Modular Furniture Factory.

*Coordinate with carpenters, and other workers to ensure smooth execution of work.

*Monitor the quality and progress of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications.

*Coordinate with the Interior Designer, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and clients whenever required.

*Ensure materials are available at the required time and coordinate with the factory and site teams.

*Check measurements, dimensions, finishing, and installation quality.

*Follow up on pending works and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.

*Conduct site visits if requires and provide daily work updates to management.

*Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them quickly.

*Ensure proper handling and installation of furniture, materials, hardware, and other interior items.

*Maintain proper coordination between the factory, site team, workers, suppliers, and clients.

*Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working practices at the site.

*Maintain and monitor stock of materials required for ongoing projects.

*Prepare and update project-wise material lists in Excel.

*Once the project quotation is approved, prepare the required material list based on the project requirements.

*Maintain proper inventory records and avoid material shortages or unnecessary excess stock.

*Follow up with suppliers regarding material orders and delivery schedules.
