Job OverviewRadius Infotech Private Limited is looking for a Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer service for Security & ELV Systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints, site visits, system installation and maintenance, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
• Perform installation, testing, configuration and maintenance of CCTV Surveillance Systems.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Access Control Systems.
• Install and maintain Biometric Attendance & Access Control Systems.
• Handle installation, servicing and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm Systems.
• Install and troubleshoot Video Door Phone / Intercom Systems.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Parking Management Systems (PMS).
• Handle parking management equipment such as:
• 
  
• Boom Barriers
• RFID Readers
• Parking Ticketing Systems
• Parking Sensors
• Vehicle Detection Systems
• Other related parking automation equipment.
• Perform electrical wiring, cabling and basic networking required for security and parking systems.
• Diagnose technical faults and provide effective on-site troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system health checks.
• Visit customer sites for installation, service and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service calls, complaints and technical issues.
• Prepare service reports after installation/service visits.
• Maintain records of service calls, installations, maintenance and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and service team for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved professionally and within the required timeline.
• Follow company safety procedures, installation standards and technical guidelines.
• Required QualificationITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, networking and technical equipment.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Biometric, Fire Alarm, PMS or other ELV systems will be an advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field work and customer site visits.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.
