Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily plant operations and production activities.
  2. Manage workers and allocate duties effectively.
  3. Monitor production targets, quality, and safety standards.
  4. Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and daily reports.
  5. Coordinate with management to ensure smooth plant operations.
  6. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the plant.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant experience in plant or production supervision.
  2. Good leadership and team management skills.
  3. Ability to manage manpower and daily operations.
  4. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
