Job Description
- Overall supervision of restaurant operations.
- Strongly Control operations including dining, kitchen.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and security norms.
- Liaison with Airport Authorities and submit required reports (e.g., Item-wise Sales Report, Tool Permission, Material Permission, AEP coordination in consultation with HOD.
- Monitor financial performance, staff deployment, Duty Roster and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory/ Ordering of Food, Beverages, and consumables.
- Minimize wastage and pilferage through proper monitoring.
- Monitor daily sales, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Prepare and submit sales and expense reports, MIS to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff (servers, kitchen staff, cleaners, etc.).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections for smooth functioning.
- Motivate and build team morale for better productivity.
- Ensure smooth guest experience.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during shifts.
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming standards, and punctuality.
- Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities.
- Allocate duties and ensure seamless handover between shifts.
- Supervise order flow, billing accuracy, and customer service.
- Conduct quick checks on hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping during the shift.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and ensure discipline.
- Ensure all food and Beverages to be available.
