Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students/parents.
  • Explain courses, programs, fees, benefits, and admission process clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads.
  • Maintain accurate lead and call records.
  • Schedule counselling sessions or appointments when required.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
  • Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for lead conversion.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up until the lead reaches the next stage.
