Telecaller

We are looking for 2 Telecaller / Inside Sales Executives to handle customer enquiries generated through digital marketing, Ads and WhatsApp for our land promotion campaigns.

This is a sales-focused telecalling role. Your main responsibility will be to connect with interested customers, understand their requirements, follow up with them and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.

• What You'll DoCall new and receive property enquiries received through Ads and WhatsApp.
• Contact new leads within 5–10 minutes.
• Understand customer budget and buying requirement.
• Explain project details, pricing and available plots.
• Share brochure, location and plot details through WhatsApp.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits.
• Follow up with customers after site visits.
• Update daily lead and follow-up status.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
• What We're Looking ForGood Tamil communication is mandatory.
• Basic English communication.
• Confident and friendly speaking style.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Comfortable talking to customers over phone.
• Basic WhatsApp and smartphone knowledge.
• Target-oriented attitude.
• Should know how to use CRM software for lead management, customer follow-up, site visit updates and sales tracking.
