Job Description

📍 Location: Madurai

💰 Payout: Fixed Salary + Attractive Monthly Incentives

🏍️ Preferred: Bike + Driving License

🗣️ Language: Local language fluency required (Tamil)


  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and resolve queries promptly.
  • Source leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loans Against Property (LAP).
  • Business Growth: Pitch products/services to new clients, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly targets to earn high incentives.
  • Communication & Skills: Must have excellent English communication and convincing skills to present ideas confidently.
