Job Description:

ARS PAINTS PRIVATE LIMITED நிறுவனத்தின் Painting Service Projects-களை நேரடியாக site-ல் ஒருங்கிணைத்து, தரமான முறையில் பணிகளை நிறைவு செய்ய Painting Project Supervisor தேவை.

Key Responsibilities:

Painting project-களின் day-to-day site activities-ஐ மேற்பார்வை செய்தல்,

Painters மற்றும் Colour Experts குழுவை ஒருங்கிணைத்தல்,

Surface preparation, putty, primer மற்றும் paint application ஆகியவற்றின் quality-ஐ கண்காணித்தல், 

Site measurement மற்றும் material requirement-ஐ சரிபார்த்தல், 

Project schedule-க்கு ஏற்ப பணிகள் நடைபெறுவதை உறுதி செய்தல்,

Customer / Site team உடன் தேவையான coordination செய்தல்,

தினசரி வேலை முன்னேற்றத்தை பதிவு செய்து Project Management Team-க்கு report செய்தல்,

Safety மற்றும் company quality standards-ஐ பின்பற்றுவதை உறுதி செய்தல்,

Project-ஐ குறிப்பிட்ட காலத்திற்குள் தரமாக முடித்தல்.

Candidate Profile:

Painting / Construction / Interior works துறையில் அனுபவம் இருப்பவர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை

Site supervision மற்றும் manpower handling திறன்

Basic measurement மற்றும் material estimation பற்றிய அறிவு

Team-ஐ வழிநடத்தும் திறன்

Customer-ஐ professional-ஆக handle செய்யும் திறன்

Tamil பேசத் தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.

Basic English & Hindi language communication இருந்தால் கூடுதல் advantage.

Two-wheeler & valid driving licence இருந்தால் முன்னுரிமை

Experience:

0–5Years preferred.

 Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (experience & skill அடிப்படையில்)
