JOB OVERVIEW: TECHNICAL FIELD ENGINEER
*Position:Technical Field Engineer (Sales & Marketing — Technical Support)
*Qualification:* Diploma / B.E. in Civil
*Experience:* 0–5 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
*Requirements:* Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*1. Technical Influencing & Relationship Building:*
- Engage with site engineers, architects, civil contractors, masons, and dealers to explain product parameters (TMT) and drive brand adoption.
- Conduct technical discussions at project sites and dealer counters to convert technical awareness into brand selection.
*2. Site Visits & Field Coverage:*
- Plan and execute daily/weekly field itineraries to visit construction sites, project locations, and dealer outlets.
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate new leads, follow up on project requirements, and convert site enquiries.
*3. Influencer Program Management:*
- Onboard new influencers (Masons, Contractors, Engineers) into loyalty/reward programs.
- Maintain strong relationships and drive engagement for repeat business and references.
*4. Reporting & Market Intelligence:*
- Submit daily visit reports, competitor activity, and market feedback.
- Support in technical presentations and product demonstrations.
*Salary & Benefits:* Max Gross up to Rs. 28,000 + Rs. 7,000 Allowance | On-roll with ESI, PF & Incentives
