Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for its Gold Loan division in Madanapalle. The ideal candidate should have relevant gold loan sales experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of gold loan products and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate leads through customer outreach, database usage, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Assist customers throughout the gold loan application process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th pass to any degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales; prior experience is mandatory.
- Age: 24–42 years.
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Languages: Telugu and English.
