Job Description
Tele Sales / Inside Sales Representative:-
- 1. Experience Eligibility:- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Outbound Calling.
- 2. Educational Qualification:- Graduation is mandatory (Completed in any stream/discipline).
- 3. Lead Qualification & Handover:- Working on company-provided leads to convert them into active sales, as well as identifying hot/warm prospects and forwarding them to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), or Dealers.
- 4. Multilingual Fluency:- Fluent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
- 5. Computer & Software Knowledge:- Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, MS Word, and Email management.
- 6. Active Listening & Negotiation:- Strong convincing skills, objection handling, and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- 7. Follow-up & Record Keeping:- Maintaining daily calling logs, follow-up sheets, and sales pipeline tracking.
- 8. Target & Goal Orientation:- Ability to meet daily call volume targets and monthly sales conversion goals.
