Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our services & follow up with potential customers.

The candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve calling and sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and complaints.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Follow up on warm or cold leads to build a sales pipeline.
  • Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets.
