Salary: ₹18,000 per month + performance incentives up to ₹3,000

Gifttology is a corporate and personalized gifting company. We are looking for an energetic and responsible person who can take ownership of day-to-day store operations and provide an excellent experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their gifting and customization requirements.

- Explain available products, customization options, pricing and expected delivery timelines.

- Record customer requirements accurately, including names, logos, photographs, text, quantity and other customization details.

- Coordinate customer orders with our internal printing, engraving, laser and production staff.

- Check completed products before packing to ensure that customization and quantity are correct.

- Pack orders properly and arrange dispatch/delivery.

- Share tracking details with customers and follow up until the order is delivered.

- Handle the shop cash counter, billing and basic daily cash records responsibly.

- Maintain accurate product stock counts and report low-stock products.

- Keep the showroom, counter, displays and products clean, organised and presentable.

- Take attractive photographs and short videos of products using a mobile phone.

- Create simple UGC-style videos, reels and product demonstrations for Instagram/social media.

- Politely request satisfied customers to leave genuine reviews on Google and other relevant platforms.

- Follow up with customers after delivery and help resolve basic issues.

- Support product displays and ensure the shop always looks professional and customer-ready.

Candidate We Are Looking For

The person should be confident talking to customers, responsible with money, comfortable using WhatsApp and a smartphone, willing to learn about personalized gifting, and interested in photography/video creation.

Basic knowledge of Instagram/Reels/Canva/CapCut is an advantage but not compulsory if the candidate is willing to learn.

Hindi and Punjabi communication are important. Basic English and computer knowledge are preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude can apply. Retail, showroom, gifting, cosmetics, fashion, mobile-store or customer-service experience will be an advantage.

Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership of the complete customer journey — from enquiry to customization, production, packing, delivery and customer satisfaction.
