Job Description
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Achieve both Primary Sales and Secondary Sales targets.
Prepare and execute territory-wise sales plans.
Drive sales volume, revenue and market share.
Develop new markets, outlets, distributors and business opportunities.
Monitor daily sales against target and take corrective action.
Ensure proper product mix and SKU-wise sales.
Drive sales of all applicable company products and pack sizes.
Ensure continuous growth of the assigned territory.
