Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of professional Audio Video (AV) solutions, including LED Video Walls, Interactive Flat Panels, Projectors, Video Conferencing Systems, Digital Signage, Sound Systems, Control Systems, and other AV products. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, handling government and corporate tenders, preparing quotations, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in Corporate, Government, Education, and Industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable AV solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design and project execution.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Professional Audio Video products and system integration.
• Experience in LED Video Walls, Projectors, Video Conferencing, Interactive Displays, Audio Systems, and AV Control Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical-commercial proposals.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.
