Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction
