Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the steel and fasteners industry.
• Manage leads, quotations, follow-ups, and orders using CRM software.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Support marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote company products.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, purchase) for smooth order execution.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in trading, manufacturing, or steel/fasteners industry).
• Strong knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
• Good communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales or industrial products.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
• Familiarity with GST invoicing, quotations, and purchase orders.
