Job Description

Assembling die components such as punches, die blocks,guide pillars, and inserts—following technical drawings

Ensuring precise alignment and smooth movement of parts during trial runs to meet quality standards

Inspecting dies for wear or damage, troubleshoot production issues, and perform routine or breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime

Tool usage precision measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, gauge pins) alongside hand and power tools like grinders and drills
